Addressee's Details

All important documents like invoices, addresses and other shipment details should only be provided in English. Samples and documents will only be forwarded if they are accompanied by authentic telephone, mobile and fax numbers. Responsibility for delayed / failed deliveries due to absence of these details will lie with the customer.

Only documents that are related to government organizations, universities, banks and embassies will be sent forward even without telephone numbers

By law, you may not attempt to use a courier service to attempt delivery of the following items. The penalties include fines and imprisonment

  • Precious stones, gems and jewellery (Banned in Courier)

  • Stamped and prepaid postal envelopes and parcels

  • Firearms, explosives and military equipments
  • Flammables item
  • Bullion
  • Drugs & Narcotics
  • Hazardous substances and radioactive materials
  • Poisonous articles
  • Corrosive materials
  • Toxic gases and compressed air of gas appliances
  • Pressurized cylinder or bottles
  • All Items that infringe the Indian Postal Act of 1898 and all IATA Restricted Items
